What we ARE:

* A site for simple, loving living.

* A community of conversation based in open-heartedness.

* A virtual place for each of us to rise to our highest good.

* A practice of inclusion and "the beginner's mind"

* A place to consciously "live our Yoga" in a way that honors each individual's path toward something blessed and higher than ourselves, whatever that path may be.

* A space to dance through life and practice gratitude.

What we are NOT:

* A cult of any way, shape, or form.

* Dogmatic and rooted in exclusive belief.

* Religious-based (& haven't we all encountered "religious" opinion around topics even such as nutrition, politics, and consumerism?)

Yoga will be our common thread, in its broadest sense.

I will use Georg Fuerstein's description of yoga, "... an individual's practice to create union with their perception of a higher power".

Yoga is union... of body with mind. mind with heart. heart with spirit. known with unknown. unknown with the unknowable. All is yoga. All is divinity. In us, through us, within and without. WHERE IS GOD NOT?
